CQB heavy (high temperature) magnetic drive pump

Product Overview 
The CQB-G type high temperature magnetic centrifugal pump usually consists of an electric motor, a magnetic coupling and a corrosion resistant centrifugal pump. Its main features are the use of magnetic coupling to transmit power, complete leakage-free multi-cycle cooling structure, to ensure the reliability and stability of the prime mover and magnetic drive, while using the pin coupling to reduce the noise and vibration of the pump, it will be dismantled The combination of the type and the pin coupling makes the structure of the pump grow, which is more conducive to the heat dissipation of the pump. At the same time, it is very convenient for the user to repair or replace parts. The outer rotor part of the pump is also designed with cooling fins to ensure the stability of the magnetic steel. CQB series magnetic pump is a new type of completely leak-free and corrosion-resistant pump developed by the national joint design team of magnetic pump. Its technical and economic indicators are equivalent to those of similar foreign products in the late 1980s.  
 
Features  
The overcurrent components of the pump can be made of 304, 304L, 321, 316, 316L, CD4MCu, etc., as needed. Flow rate 3.2~100m3/h head 8~80m, speed 2900r/min 
 
Product usage 
Contains no solid particle corrosive liquid, strong acid, strong alkali, ethanol, bleach, photographic liquid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, acetic acid, sodium hydroxide, acetone, tetraethoxyethane, sea water, salt water, etc.
