S type single stage double suction centrifugal pump

S-type single-stage double-suction centrifugal pump is a new energy-saving horizontal open pump for conveying clean water Or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. According to the needs of users, the pump structure and material can be used to transport muddy sand or various corrosive liquids. This series of pumps is suitable for factories, mines, urban water supply and drainage, power stations, farmland. Drainage and irrigation and various water conservancy projects.

Structure Description
The suction port and the discharge port of this type of pump are both below the axis of the pump shaft and are horizontally perpendicular to the axis. There is no need to dismantle the inlet and outlet pipes and motors during maintenance. Seen from the direction of the drive, the pump rotates clockwise (can also be rotated counterclockwise according to the user's needs).
The main parts of the pump are: pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, double suction seal ring, bushing and so on.
The pump body and the pump cover form a working chamber of the impeller. On the inlet and outlet flanges, a pipe screw hole is provided for mounting a vacuum gauge and a pressure gauge. The lower part of the inlet and outlet water flange is provided with a pipe screw hole for discharging water.
The statically balanced impeller is fixed to the shaft by a bushing and bushing nuts on both sides, and its axial position can be adjusted by the bushing nut.
The pump shaft is supported by two single row radial ball bearings. The bearing is mounted in the bearing body, mounted on both ends of the pump body, and lubricated with butter.
The double suction seal ring is used to reduce water leakage from the water pumping chamber of the water pump to the suction chamber.
The pump is directly driven by the electric motor through a flexible coupling, and can also be driven by an internal combustion engine if necessary.
The shaft seal is a soft packing seal (a mechanical seal can be used according to the user's needs).
